Personal Trainer -  Mullica Hill

I grew up in Wilmington, DE and moved to New Jersey in 2001. I worked in the legal field prior to having a family. After staying home for nine years with my children, I decided I wanted to go back to work, doing something that I love and that was exercising and being around people. In 2014, I became a certified personal trainer through ISSA. Later, in 2016, I received my certification in sports nutrition and most recently became TRX Certified.

I enjoy helping others reach physical goals through personal training. My understanding of my clients needs and being able to relate personally makes it easier for me to develop their plans. My training techniques and types of routines are ones that build strength and endurance while losing weight and toning the body. I love when clients tell me they feel stronger! It makes me feel like I have accomplished what I set out to do. If you feel healthy and strong, that is all that matters. Be active. Be fit. Work hard. Their goals are my mission.

In my free time I love spending time watching my boys play sports, volunteering at my kids schools, traveling, cooking, kayaking, shopping and the theatre. My favorite place to be with my family is on the beach.
