Jennifer leads the training team in our Medford club. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and passion are undeniable.  Jennifer has certifications in nutrition as well as training cover more than 25 specific areas of preventive, functional and targeted injury and corrective movements.  Jennifer is all about encouraging healthy lifestyle changes while motivating personal growth; and understands everyone has their own individual journey. Jennifer not only loves helping others; she mindfully practices daily; knowing some days are easier than others.
