My career in fitness started about 30 years ago when I began teaching group fitness… which I currently still teach 4 nights a week.  My classes range from Step Aerobics to Circuit Training to Tabata!! Two nights a week my classes are taught through Audubon Community Education…adult night school.

I was encouraged to get my personal training certificate and did so over 20 years ago.  I have been with Kennedy Fitness (formerly Future Fitness) for over 15 years. I am a Level 1 Kettlebell Trainer, and certified in TRX Suspension Training.  Other certifications include Women’s Hormonal Holistic Health Consultant, Kids and Teens Fitness Instructor, Body Bar Instructor, Older Adult Fitness Trainer, Total Body Strength COnditioning, Cycling, Weight Management Instructor, Aqua Certification and Primary Aerobic Instructor.
