Personal Trainer - Mullica Hill
Debbie is currently a certified group fitness instructor, cycle instructor, certified personal trainer, weight loss coach and certified in sports nutrition. Throughout her 36 year career in fitness she has been certified by numerous fitness associations including, The Aerobic Way, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, ISSA, and Fitour as well as has attended hundreds of workshops, seminars, and classes regarding fitness, nutrition and business management. Debbie was owner of her own fitness facility, Lady Fitness Health Spa in Woodstown, for 34 years until becoming employed at FFC in the fall of 2015. Debbie has taught a variety of fitness classes since starting her fitness career in 1981, including, hi/low aerobics, step, aqua aerobics, senior classes, children’s fitness, Zumba, kickboxing, pilates, yoga, stretching,, tabata, strength training, HIIT, core training and small group training. Helping clients lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle via weight loss coaching is Debbie’s forte. She has helped many, many clients lose weight and keep it off and has a notebook full of success stories to share and inspire others with.
Debbie grew up in Carney’s Point, graduated from Penns Grove High School and
Salem Community College. Debbie and her husband Larry currently live in Woodstown. Debbie has 2 children, Adam and his wife Erin along with their 2 children Leah and Travis live in Mullica Hill and Amber who lives in Woodstown. Debbie started working out when she was a junior in high school. Her mentor at that time was Jack LaLane watching his exercise show on TV every morning and being inspired by his positive motivation regarding working out and eating right. Being overweight most of her young life and being bullied by schoolmates inspired her to turn to a healthy lifestyle.
