A fusion of a martial arts based class that will keep you kicking, punching and moving in an intense cardio and strength-training workout. In this class you will utilize punching gloves to hit the punching bags.
Interval Ride //Thursdays @ 6:15 pm with Paula

Looking to change your anaerobic routine? Join Paula on Thursday night at 6:15pm for a ride that has hills, drills and so much more to thrill.  Paula has been an instructor for almost nineteen years. She makes class fun by changing the ride and having fun with the members. My music varies for men and woman of all ages.  Paula looks forward to seeing you in class soon.

Annual Mother’s Day Zumba // Sunday, 5/12 @ 9:30am with Karen!

Come check out this new workout that will strengthen your core, lengthen tight muscles, improve your balance and sculpt your body from head to toe!   This class will combine traditional Mat Pilates with standing Core work, Plies, lunges with added cardiovascular benefits!

A full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.  The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and isometric poses.  Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner physique, all while rocking out to your favorite music!

After teaching various group fitness classes including spin over the last 25 years, I still feel the rush and joy of inspiring people in my classes. Working at many different gyms, and also the military over the years, has given me respect for people who are working on a fitness program . Come put the soul into your cycle. All levels welcome. Love music and like to dance, then this is the Spin class for you. All genres of music from top 40 to old school.  This class is a high intensity rhythm based class that can accommodate all level of riders.

Tracy Deputy has been teaching spin for 15 years and is a seasoned rider.  With a Bachelor in Science and a Registered Nurse, Tracy can help you start and maintain your goals.  Her hobbies consist of  amping and being with family.  Join Tracy for a visual experience with your ride that will burn calories and strengthen your heart!

Boxing 500 // Thursdays @ 9:15am with Linus
