Small Group Training is all about getting results while still having fun.
The workouts are in groups of 3 to 8 people and are designed to hit every major muscle group each class from all different angles. We want to create a constant change to get your body exactly where it deserves to be. Small groups allow for the trainer to personally assess your form while staying motivated with the people around you encouraging you.
The Small Group Training program is open to both members and non-members, and your first session is FREE! Give it a try- you’ll love it!
