Small Group Training is all about getting results while still having fun.

The workouts are in groups of 3 to 6 people and are designed to hit every major muscle group each class from all different angles. We want to create a constant change to get your body exactly where it deserves to be. Come join the fun, it’s time to make a change.

The Small Group Training program is open to both members and non members, and your first sessions is FREE! Give it a try- you’ll love it!
