YOGA /YOGA FLOW:  A traditional Yoga class that encompasses flowing postures and poses, increasing strength and flexibility. Focusing on breathing and self-awareness will help free your mind and bring peace and tranquility to your day. Multi-level classes.  The class name tells you the area of concentration in that particular class. Add soft music, whispers of light, guided imagery and visualization and you are on your way to a stress free you! All fitness levels welcome for modifications will be made throughout the class.
