TOTAL BODY FITNESS:  A Pilates-inspired workout using any variety of fitness accessories (balls, bands, discs, and/or light weights). By combining standing, seated, and mat exercises with light resistance, participants will breathe, stretch, and flex their way to a toned and tight body. Core Strength and balance will also be addressed in this no-impact workout.
