TABATA : The Tabata training protocol consists of only 4 minutes of exercise for each round. Here is how Tabata works – an exercise is performed to failure for 20 seconds. There is then a 10 second rest (you will need it!) followed by another 20 second bout of intensity. Each Tabata exercise consists of 8 of these cycles to make up the 4 minutes. Are you up for the challenge? The class includes low impact cardiovascular exercises as well as higher impact plyometric exercises. Because you are working at your individual most intense level, the class is designed to challenge anyone super athlete or exercise novice.
