STRICTLY STRENGTH: is an exercise class that focuses on resistance training to induce muscular contraction to improve muscular strength, endurance, and functionality. Using a mix of resistance tools (Barbells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, etc), and your own body weight, we will work every major muscle group in the body to enhance functional movement and strength. This class also incorporates various exercises for developing a stronger and more supportive CORE!  No Cardio here –  just Strictly Strength!
