Thursday 6pm-630pm  Strength Training Express

You’ll train all major body parts from head to toe! Work with your own body weight and/or with weights.  No jumping or dance moves- perfect for all levels.  Members can take this class by itself, or combine it with the classes that are before or after it for a great workout.    Instructor – Suzanne
