A multi-level ride on stationary bikes with great tunes to energize you! A motivating instructor will take you through a physical and mental workout! You will use guided imagery and visualization to enhance your performance. Whether your goal is to ride around the block or complete a tri-athalon, this class is truly taking it at your own pace.
