MUSCLE ENDURANCE CARDIO CONFUSION: This is a multi level, muscle strengthening and toning class but with an added cardiovascular workout. Any combination of aerobics, step, gliding, resistance bands, weight bars, dumbbells, BOSU balance trainer, stability balls and more will be used to improve endurance, strengthen the core, to shape up all of the major muscles and increase bone density.
