Express Spin 30/Core & Glutes:  Start off with a 30-minute cardio workout that includes seated and standing moves on the spin bike which is done to fun, up-tempo music!  This class is followed by 30 minutes of abdominal and glute training.  Be prepared for two quick and challenging classes!  You take one class or both!
