BODY SCULPT/STRENGTH TRAINING: multi levels – This is a muscle strengthening, and toning class. Plate loaded weight bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls and more will be used to define and shape all of the major muscles and increase bone density.
