AQUA FITNESS: A multi level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardio and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, aerobic routines, interval training, strength training, and more utilizing weights, noodles and bands for a total body-conditioning workout.
