AQUATIC CLASSES; A multi-level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardiovascular and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, interval training, aerobic combinations, strength training, core conditioning and more utilizing weights and noodles for a total body-conditioning workout.
