Kennedy Fitness offer a variety of Mind & Body classes, featuring Yoga and Pilates. Our Yoga classes develop a sense of peace and well-being while improving flexibility and core strength, which can be complemented by swim lessons in Mt. Laurel. Likewise, our Pilates classes and ZUMBA® in Cherry Hill focus on a balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and mind & body awareness.
Experience flight in South Jersey’s only Aerial Yoga classes – exclusive to our Kennedy Fitness Powered by AFC location in Cherry Hill, NJ. Our VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga classes feature soft fabric hammocks, supporting up to 1000 pounds each. These hammocks suspended our yogis a few feet off the ground and are used to move through traditional and non-traditional Yoga poses.

In our hot yoga classes, we crank the temperature to help you loosen tight muscles and rid your body of toxins. Hot yoga is a step up from traditional yoga – the heat elevates your heart rate for a more cardiovascular approach – and you won’t make it far if you don’t breathe deeply! Temperatures in hot yoga classes can reach up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit so make sure you hydrate well before and during class!

Pilates enhances core conditioning and creates control, translating to heavier, safer lifts! Reformer Machines are spring-loaded which offers a level of support while decreasing the chance for injury-causing jarring movements. This allows you to safely access your stabilizer muscles and deep core more effectively, making it perfect for participants of any fitness level!
Reformer classes are offered at our Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, West Berlin and Mullica Hill locations, and allow you to work specific muscles, retraining the way we move to heal the body and stop patterns that cause injury.
