Cross Training Classes
Cross-Training classes use a combination of exercises to work various parts of the body. The aim is to reduce the risk of injury and improve overall fitness levels. At Kennedy Fitness: A Jefferson Health Affiliate we understand that variety is the key to maximizing visible results. Kennedy Fitness Cross-Training classes are led by the best instructors and trainers in the fitness industry.
Cross-Training classes we offer include:

Boot Camps are group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Kennedy Fitness locations each offer their own version of boot camp:
Tire flips, battle rope slams and sledgehammer swings are signature elements in Cherry Hill’s XM Boot Camp. Led by our incredible personal training staff multiple times a week, you’re sure to get the most out of this class.
Similarly, Medford’s Group Training classes are led by the personal training staff, and take place by the TRX A-Frame. They include battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX training and more into every camp.
A short drive down the road in Mount Laurel, members can experience Shaun T’s INSANITY® class. Led by our INSANITY® certified instructors, members are put through the grueling plyometric series you’ve seen on TV. This class is exclusive to the Mt. Laurel Kennedy Fitness, so if you find yourself near our Burlington County location, stop by and give it a try!
