Zumba Gold-Targets the growing segment of the population: the older adult. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as the deconditioned participant.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (A.F.E.P.) is for participants with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint limitations, limited mobility and range of motion issues. This is a gentle exercise program taught to upbeat music in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Pre-registration is needed for all participants. Open to non-members for a nominal fee. Inquire at the Service Desk for details.
