During this indoor cycle class, the instructor simulates an outdoor ride.  Together you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint, race, and more!  It is truly a fantastic, zero impact, cardiovascular class that burns at least 500 calories in a session! FIT FOR LIFE:  A class geared toward the older active adult or new to fitness.  This class focuses on building strength, endurance,  improves balance and Stability through safe effective and functional training exercises.  This class is more challenging than a Silver Sneakers class and does not use a chair.

Arthritis Foundation Exercise

Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (A.F.E.P.) is for participants with arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint limitations, limited mobility and range of motion issues. This is a gentle exercise program taught to upbeat music in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Pre-registration is needed for all participants. Open to non-members for a nominal fee. Inquire at the Service Desk for details.

This class is great for those new to exercise, seniors and members with arthritis, chronic pain, and/or joint injuries.

CARDIO SCULPT – NEW!

CARDIO SCULPT: A great combination of cardio bouts, and sculpting bouts using various equipment not limited to dumbells, bars, tubing, resistance balls, and so much more to keep you in shape!
