Tabata Sculpt

TABATA SCULPT:  The Tabata training protocol consists of only 4 minutes of exercise for each round.  Here is how Tabata works – an exercise is performed to failure for 20 seconds.  There is then a 10 second rest (you will need it!) followed by another 20 second bout of intensity.  Each Tabata exercise consists of 8 of these cycles to make up the 4 minutes. Are you up for the challenge? The class includes low impact weight training as well as higher impact plyometric exercises.  Because you are working at your individual most intense level, the class is designed to challenge anyone super athlete or exercise novice.

FITNESS FRENZY:  A fitness “mash-up” using different equipment and exercise modalities, this class will enhance cardio performance and muscular endurance to take you to the next level in your fitness journey.  Whether you’re jumping, jacking, or jogging – pressing, planking, or punching – the exercise mixes will keep your body challenged, and you’ll never get bored! And because modifications will be shown, this class is great for both beginner and experienced exercisers.  Take it high or keep it low – Fitness Frenzy will get your heart pumping and your body conditioned, as you work toward your personal best!

During this indoor cycle class, the instructor simulates an outdoor ride.  Together you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint, race, and more!  It is truly a fantastic, zero impact, cardiovascular class that burns at least 500 calories a class!  You are kept motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and by the music!  We turn down the lights and turn up the fun! This is a multi level class great for beginners to the advanced rider!  Instructor: Debbie
