Small group training allows people of all fitness levels to train in a smaller setting without the high cost of one on one training. The small group atmosphere also helps motivate our clients to perform to their maximum ability. Our Elite Small Group Training sessions motivate people to do more then they normally would do while in a large group fitness class. The people in our groups become an extended family and we support each other through the process.

TABATA, CARDIO & STRENGTH – NEW!

TABATA :  The Tabata training protocol consists of only 4 minutes of exercise for each round.  Here is how Tabata works – an exercise is performed to failure for 20 seconds.  There is then a 10 second rest (you will need it!) followed by another 20 second bout of intensity.  Each Tabata exercise consists of 8 of these cycles to make up the 4 minutes. Are you up for the challenge? The class includes low impact cardiovascular exercises as well as higher impact plyometric exercises.  Because you are working at your individual most intense level, the class is designed to challenge anyone super athlete or exercise novice.

AQUA: A multi level, water fitness class that minimizes joint impact and makes for a fabulous cardio and range of motion work out. Classes can include water walking, aerobic routines, interval training, strength training, and more utilizing weights, noodles and bands for a total body-conditioning workout.

PILATES MAT: true mind/body class that will strengthen and tone the entire body creating a more flexible and intone physique. STRONG by Zumba® – NEW CLASS!

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.
